My Nature Eye is a personal exploration of eco-anxiety and my growing awareness of the environmental changes around me. The project focuses on photographing the subtle and visible signs of climate change on land and moments that trigger a sense of unease about the future of the natural world. Through making this work, I became increasingly aware of how deeply these changes affect my own wellbeing. While much of the project confronts these anxieties, the sea represents a quieter point of refuge. Time spent in the ocean allows me to step back from these concerns and reconnect with nature in a way that supports my mental health.
